Who We Are
Thrive House Network is a recovery-focused housing initiative co-founded by Roy Hargrove Jr. and Theresa Gilliard, MSN, FNP-C, RN. Together, they bring over 45 years of combined experience in behavioral health, addiction recovery, transitional care, and supportive housing.
We provide safe, affordable, sober living and transitional housing for individuals reentering society after treatment, homelessness, incarceration, or military service. Our model blends clinical expertise with compassionate support, helping residents rebuild their lives with dignity.
